Company-appointed physicians, occupational safety and health committee, labor unions, and employees all work together to address health issues and challenges. They promote and maintain employee health, led by the Health and Safety Committee Secretariat, with the President and CEO serving as the Chief Health Management Officer and the Administrative Department Director serving as the Health Management Promotion Officer.
