Togami Electric strives to foster awareness of compliance among all executives and employees through awareness-raising activities and in-house training.
Internal Reporting System (Compliance Hotline)
Togami Electric Group has established an internal compliance hotline to promptly identify and address potential violations within the company. This hotline allows employees to file reports internally via phone, email, and in writing.
Internal Audits
The independent Internal Audit Office conducts periodic audits to monitor compliance with internal regulations and the compliance status of each department. This involves drawing up an annual internal audit plan for each fiscal year, issuing recommendations for operational improvements, following up on the status of ongoing improvements, and reporting audit results to the Executive Committee twice a year. Regular meetings are held with the company’s accounting auditor to share necessary information.
Risk Management
Togami Electric has established the Basic Risk Management Policy to anticipate and prevent all kinds of risks related to compliance violations, environmental issues, disasters, quality deficiencies, and overseas production and sales problems. If an incident occurs or is highly likely to occur, a crisis management team is set up under the director in charge to take swift action, including consultations with legal advisors and other external parties , in accordance with our policy.
Information Security
Basic Policy
Togami Electric Mfg. Co., Ltd. promotes the effective use of information security and recognizes the importance of all information assets, including customer information. The company has established the Basic Policy on Information Security to implement appropriate security measures.
These measures are designed to further improve corporate ethics based on legal compliance and to ensure safety and reliability.
