Equipment Operations Monitoring System (IoT & DX initiative)

System Overview

・Uses cameras to monitor status indicator lights and image analysis (detection of color changes) to visualize equipment operational status.
・Detects changes in monitored video footage and notifies users by email.
・Helps identify equipment abnormalities in the early stages and improves production processes.

②Allows easy setting of the color information required for detection using an eyedropper UI tool.

The theme encompasses our recognition of diversity and taking new steps forward. Colors represent individuality. By combining the small individual colors (personalities) with the current Togami Blue, we aim to create a new Togami Blue (Togami Electric) of unprecedented depth.

Project Structure

A promotion committee was set up centered on young employees, regardless of gender, in their 20s and 30s. The committee actively discusses important topics for Togami Electric, such as improving employee engagement, women’s participation, childcare and elderly care.
