As we cerebrate 90th anniversary in April, 2015, we established a scholarship program to support the students from Myanmar who wish to learn at the Master's Program of Graduate School in Saga University. We wish to continue to support the students who will be a bridge between Japan and Myanmar.

We send our employees who have deep knowledge in manufacturing to technical high schools and vocational training schools in Saga Prefecture in order to vitalizethe manufacturing industries in Saga and lecture for the young people.

We send our employees to the local university as instructors. Our president also visits Saga University to introduce our company's history and business as well.

We accept visitors from the local junior high and high schools for our factory tour. We wish their interests in manufacturing industry would increase though our factory tour.

We plan and accept the internship programs for high school and university students as well as for junior high school students so that they will be able to expand their options when they consider their future jobs.

Our young engineers challenge to win at Japan's greatest skills competition of the lathe and milling machines. These young engineers who challenged the Skills Competition teach their skills to high school students, in which we pass down our skills to raising the level of manufacturing industries in Saga Prefecture.
